Meeting of Polish and Ukrainian Committees

17-19 July, Executive Directorate EURO 2012 together with Polish Executive Committee and "Promarketing" – general manager of the Bid – hold a meeting devoted to further cooperation and strategy of participating EUFA’s tender for hosting final tournament EURO 2012.

The Parties discussed general status of the project and its advance in both countries: signing Hotel Agreements, Host City, Stadium, Airport Agreements, signing the guarantees to be submitted to UEFA headquarters by 31 October 2006. Participants of the meeting agreed that projects are performed properly and all required documents will be sub,itted in time.

Representatives of the Executive Directorate EURO 2012 and Polish Executive Committee discussed "Promarketing’s" proposition about strategic directions of further activity, projects to be implemented locally and internationally to secure final success of joint Ukrainian and Polish Bid.

UEFA site visit during 11-15 September 2006, hand-over of the Agreements and final presentation of joint Polish and Ukrainian Bid on 7 December 2006 are the milestones of the bid procedure for the next four months.
