EURO 2012: meeting with UEFA
Meeting of the working group in Ukraine
On May 16th 2006 there will be the meeting of the working group, responsible for the preparation of the joint Ukrainian and Polish Bid Documentation in the second faze of the tender for the right to host the final Tournament EURO 2012.
The meeting will be headed by the Vice Premier Minister of Ukraine for Humanitarian and Social matters Vyacheslav Kyrylenko. The Bid Dossier Documentation, which has to be handed in to UEFA by May 31st 2006, will be presented at the meeting, and the level of the preparation of the corresponding documents at the present stage will be discussed.
The governors of the host cities: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa, leaders of the local working groups, representatives of central and local authorities are invited to the meeting. During the discussion four main, prepared in the best way, host cities and one reserved will be defined.
The IV International Lobanovsky Football Tournament is taking place in Ukraine at the moment. Starting with this tournament, Ukraine has launched its Promotional campaign in support of the joint Bid of Ukraine and Poland to host the Final Football Tournament EURO 2012.
