The cities hosting EURO 2012 want changes in 26 acts and regulations – from building law to animal welfare act. The postulates were collected in a single document by the Union of Polish Metropolises. In one week the deadline expires for submission of applications for a design of the National Sport Center in Warsaw. The competition was divided into three parts.
