The government wants to simplify land surveying procedures, which will shorten the time of the construction of roads and facilities needed for EURO 2012. The changes are intended to help investors in the acceleration of administrative procedures and informatization of the data on infrastructure, land and real estate. Even as many as 1.7 million flats will be built by 2012 thanks to public-private partnership - yesterday assured Andrzej Aumiller, the head of the ministry of housing.
