EURO 2012: meeting with UEFA
On Tuesday the prime minister Jarosław Kaczyński announced appointment of a minister who will deal with preparations for hosting of EURO 2012.
Jarosław Kaczyński pointed attention to the fact that currently there is a vacancy at the position previously occupied by Przemysław Gosiewski, who was appointed a deputy prime minister in May.
The prime minister explained that a person at the level of a minister should be responsible for such an important matter as hosting of EURO 2012.
In the recent weeks the media informed that Elżbieta Jakubiak, the head of the President’s office, would be transferred to the Prime Minister’s to become responsible for preparations for EURO 2012.
